Helping residents access community resources
Community referral services are offered to help our residents obtain community resources to support them as they finish our program and get back to living in their own homes and communities. The program may include health care, mental health programs, skills and vocational training, finding job opportunities, and other social services, including programs that help avoid relapse and strengthen their commitment to sobriety, care coordination, and other services that help residents live healthily and contribute to their communities.
