Helping individuals find resources for daily living
To fully integrate themselves back to society, they need to find employment that can help them sustain their everyday needs. We want to provide our residents with the support they need to maintain a quality life, including helping them find vocational and employment opportunities. But before this, we offer them job-readiness training. The training includes the attitude, behavior, and professionalism needed to find and retain employment. Should they need training in certain skills, we are connected with individuals and organizations that can help them learn the ropes.
